Description:
Southwest United Industries, a leader in aerospace plating and anodizing, is searching for Non-Destructive Testing Technicians for 2nd shift. Successful candidates will be responsible for initial penetrant inspect, in-process and final inspections using visual, dimensional and coating thickness measurements to determine adherence to work instruction and blueprint requirements. Candidate will be responsible for preparing documentation for final shipment.
Requirements:
High school diploma plus 3 years in aerospace inspection required. ASNT Level II Penetrant Certificate required.

CHEMIST
Description:
Southwest United Industries, Inc., a leader in aerospace plating and anodizing, is searching for a Chemist. The Chemist will be responsible for solution analysis, EPA standards adherence, lab maintenance and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Must have 3 years equivalent experience and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry; experience in metal finishing a plus.

CHEMICAL TECHNICIAN
Description:
Successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing numerous chemical solutions, troubleshooting and maintaining chemical equipment, maintaining chemical storage area and inventory; preparing chemical additions to process tanks and maintaining pertinent documentation.
Requirements:
Candidate should have a background in chemistry, college or a minimum of 1 year work-related experience. Willing to train the right person.

THERMAL SPRAY OPERATORS
Description:
Southwest United Industries, a leader in thermal spray coating and aircraft component repair, is searching for an experienced Thermal Spray Operator. Experience with HVOF, Plasma, Combustion or Electric Arc spraying preferred, but will train qualified candidate. We have successfully trained experienced welders to become thermal spray operators.
Requirements:
Must be able to work to and maintain aircraft quality standards. Must have a HS diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of experience in thermal spray coating and/or welding. MACHINIST/GRINDERS
Description:
Southwest United Industries, Inc., a leader in full-service single-source metal finishing, is searching for a precision grinder for aircraft parts. We are looking for candidate with experience in one or more of the following: CNC grinding, CNC milling, manual lathe and mill, manual I.D., O.D. and surface grinding.
Requirements:
Candidate must have their own tools and be able to use full range of precision measuring tools. Must have a HS diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years experience. Applicants should be available to work evening shift.

Description:
Southwest United Industries, Inc., a leader in full-service single-source metal finishing, is searching for experienced Chrome and Cadmium platers for our facility in Tulsa, OK.
Requirements:
Successful candidate must be able to work to and maintain aircraft quality standards by reading, understanding and following requirements from work instructions and customer specifications. Must be able to contribute to tooling design and modification and be able to use a full range of inspection instruments including micrometers, calipers and thickness gauges.
